We ask that all prospective clients complete a prospective client intake form. Depending on your legal needs, we may request that you complete a more specific intake form  prior to our consultation. If requested, it is important to have the intake form(s) completed in advance. We use the information provided on the intake form(s) to run a preliminary conflict check and prepare for the consultation, thus  ensuring you get the most out of your consultation.

Emailing an inquiry to the firm or submitting the online “Prospective Client Intake Form” to schedule an initial consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. As a result, please do not request legal advice or provide any confidential or time-sensitive information when filling out the online form or when emailing Melissa directly unless you are already a client of MDG Law Virtual. Unsolicited emails and information sent to MDG Law Virtual do not create an attorney-client relationship with MDG Law Virtual and will not be considered confidential.
