- an initial discussion of your goals and objectives

- review of the contract

- preparation of a “client-side” contract markup or comment memo of the identified issues

- a brief final discussion to provide an overall impression of the contract and answer the remaining questions.

Turnaround time for initial Contract Review and Markup is typically 5-7 business days from the time the upfront, flat fee payment is received, but may be more during busy periods or for longer contracts.

From the time you pay your upfront, flat fee, the standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. If you need the Custom Contract in a more expedited timeframe, MDG Law may be able to accommodate the request but an additional fee will be applied.

Depending on the plan that you have…absolutely! MDG Law Virtual’s goal is to take as much of the legal work off of your plate as possible. In addition to communicating with your team, we are happy to communicate with any third parties you need us to.

Subscription plans are perfect for clients who regularly need legal advice (such as ongoing business advice or contract negotiations) or who want the peace of mind to know there is always legal counsel available without worry about the cost of reaching out to an attorney.

Yes. The minimum subscription term is 3-months.

Standard rush fee is $250 / business day (up to $2,000)

Yes. For example, you may pay for a project under a flat fee arrangement and use hourly billing for ongoing work.

Typically all payments are due before contracts are started. However if you opt-in for a payment plan, the first half is due in order to get started, and the next payment is due the final week before we send you the initial draft.

After you contact our office and provide us with responses to our General Counsel Subscription Plan Intake Form, and our conflict check is cleared, we will provide you with a limited scope engagement letter which will include our reasonable monthly fee. Our subscriptions start at $100/month and increase depending upon the circumstances of the subscriber.

All subscriptions are month-to-month and billed on a credit card automatically.

Where a project has an uncertain scope or duration, an hourly rate is most appropriate.
