What’s included: This service includes:   

• Initial consultation

• If applicable, document review of collateral documents associated with the proposed document to be created (e.g. prior contracts with other counterparties)

• Review of client contract intake form

• First draft of the contract

• Two revision and review cycles (additional rounds of reviews/revisions can be purchased at the then current hourly rate)

• Final contract

custom contract pricing: Custom contracts will range in price from $275 for a Non-Disclosure Agreement/Confidentiality Agreement TO over $1,000 for a Website Terms of Service OR Privacy Policy. Price will depend upon:  

• Complexity of the document 

• Number and nature of stakeholders involved

• Likely number of review cycles

• Need for specialized research, investigation or ancillary work
